My Background

I grew up in the small town of Westminster, MA.  I went to college at Umass Amherst and graduated with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration.  After college, I got my first job in Boston and moved to Newton, MA where I lived for the next seven years.   I worked in the hotel industry, most recently as a Catering Sales Manager.

Now I live in Haverhill, MA (just south of the New Hampshire border) with my husband Tim and our son Declan, daughter Elsa, and cat Buick.

Declan and Elsa keep me very busy, but I like to spend my free time working around my house and trying to find ways to save more money while improving our lifestyle.
